Marbaş Menkul Değerler, which started its operations in 1990, has been operating as a Gedik Investment subsidiary since 2004. Marbaş Menkul Değerler is one of the most well-established investor institutions in the Turkish capital markets. Gedik Yatırım's share in Marbaş is 100%.

TURPE Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı was established at the end of 2020 with the aim of developing sustainable business models and increase the global success of startups. Starting from 2025, TURPE GSYO will realize the ecosystem's investments in private equity. Turpe will be the center of private equity investments in line with its goal of investing in SMEs and/or large-scale companies. Gedik Yatırım's share in Turpe is 55.79%.

Misyon Yatırım Bankası was established in December 2021 and started its operations in December 2022 by obtaining the operating permission from the BRSA. Misyon Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. In line with its goal of being "Turkey's first neobank", it considers inclusion of leading companies in their field as richness and diversity. In this context, Misyon Yatırım Bankası aims to provide sustainable collaborations by opening its partnership structure to the ecosystem, as is customary in neobanks around the world. Gedik Yatırım's share in Misyon Yatırım Bankası is 20%.

Inveo Ventures was established in 2022 to invest in startups that develop advanced technology-based products and services with high development and global growth potential. Gedik Yatırım's share in Inveo Ventures is 39.44%.
